Welding of Rudder Blade Cones and Other Critical Components

In addition to propeller blade repairs, MarineShaft also performs class-approved welding and build-up of rudder blade cones and other critical rudder components, directly on-site. Our certified welding specialists handle complex geometries and ensure strong, lasting repairs that restore structural integrity. This includes the precision welding of contact surfaces, cones, flanges, and seating areas, executed with complete documentation and in compliance with the requirements of classification societies.
