Bigger Shafts. More In-Situ Machining Capacity

We have added new portable shaft machining equipment to our mobile machining setup and can now repair shafts up to 1100 mm in diameter directly on board or on-site.

Previously, our capacity was 800 mm. With this upgrade, we can now bring our

in-situ shaft machining services to larger shaft repair projects.

We carry out in-situ machining of damaged or worn shaft areas such as bearing journals, coupling ends, and sealing surfaces. This is particularly relevant for tail shafts, where removal and transportation can add considerable time and cost to a repair.
